The Our video library contains short video clips of the "individual exercise components" of the Functional Movement Training (FMT) we use in our on-line "Live" routines. Many of our FMT components are unique in how they addresses a variety of natural everyday challenges that we take for granted until a specific body movement is called into action. This may be in the form of a slip, a stumble, or when you push, pull or lift something, etc. In other words, our FMT components and routines teach your body to perform at a naturally superior level whether that be in a sport or everyday activities. We call this 2nd Nature™ Performance!
This LIbrary Pass allows you to mix & match any number of exercises to allow you to create your own personalized program. If you want to engage in full routines, that incorporate the components in the library, you can join our 365Trainer™ Membership program where we perform Live Training via Zoom.
