This Equalizer™ Basic package will provide a full-range of training options. You will have access to any and all training videos and written guides. You will receive a beginner band and a training band. You will also receive a set of the Wrist/Ankle weights. No other accessories, online classes, or a Personal Assessment are included.
Once this product is used it is not eligible for return or refund. If the item is not used properly as noted in the supplied instructions and as a result is damaged the return/refund policy is void. Also, if this item is part of a "Special Offer" or “Bonus” it is not eligible for a return/refund. If this item is eligible for return or refund, we will inspect the item upon receipt and reserve the right to provide or deny a refund.
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

At this time, we do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes.
